During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

Category

DUPRO, also known as During Production Inspection (DPI), is a quality control inspection that occurs during production. For products that are in continuous production, that have strict requirements for on-time shipments, and for follow-up when quality issues are discovered during a pre-production inspection before manufacturing, it is particularly effective.
DUPRO quality control inspections are conducted when only 10-15% of units are completed during production. Identification of deviations during this inspection and providing feedback on corrective measures. On-site inspection by DUPRO identifies product issues early in the manufacturing process.
